Semi-Private Members attend sessions 3 times per week.

Two days (MW, TuTh) are personalized strength & conditioning programs.

The third day (F, Sa) is small-group format

SESSION SCHEDULE:

Monday/Wednesday: 6am, 8am, 12pm, 3pm & 6pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 6am, 8am, 12pm & 5pm

Friday: 6am, 8am, 12pm & 3pm

Saturday: 9am
