Pam Ehlers, Owner & Coach

After a 20-plus year tenure in Corporate Finance, Coach Pam made the bold decision to invest in her passion for health and wellness and is the current owner of MVMNT Studio.

Inspired by her mother, she fell in love with strength training at the age of 20, and discovered that this habit would become a lifelong commitment. Pam is deeply passionate about sharing the powerful physical and emotional benefits of consistent strength training, particularly emphasizing its transformative effects on women. She strives to empower women to feel at home in the weight room, encouraging them to embrace their strength and confidence.

As a divorced single mother for 21 years, Pam understands the unique challenges that come with juggling parenting, work, and personal commitments. Her experience has equipped her with the insights needed to navigate busy schedules while maintaining a focus on fitness and well-being. Coach Pam emphasizes that, despite life’s obstacles, prioritizing health and training is not just possible—it’s essential. Through her coaching, she aims to inspire women to reclaim their time and prioritize their wellness journey, proving that with determination and the right mindset, anyone can reach their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Robin Taylor, Founder and Coach

Coach Robin is the founder of MVMNT Studio. She has always been passionate about the power physical movement has on wellbeing. Being active is a central component of who she is and it has helped her navigate the negative physical effects life can have on the body.

After having two children, the impact of movement became more important—and more complicated. The old methods of “working out” didn’t work with her changed body and training sessions left her feeling demoralized and frustrated. She experienced what many women go through after childbirth: stress incontinence, diastasis recti, and debilitating low back pain.

Determined to heal her own body and get back to feeling good, she began an iterative process of education, testing, and trial-and-error on herself. She learned to heal her pelvic floor dysfunction, repair her core, and get out of pain once and for all. The positive, lasting impact of evidence-based, high-quality, consistent movement, coupled with a desire to help others move and feel better, inspired her to create MVMNT Studio.

MVMNT Studio is a safe place to heal, get strong, and never look back. She has always been passionate about the power physical movement has on our wellbeing. Being active is a central component of who I am and it has helped me navigate the negative physical effects that life can have on our bodies.
